Be A Part of History

Linwood Cemetery was founded by a group of foresighted pioneers in 1875, who foresaw the growth of the area known as the "Key City" and planned accordingly. Linwood Cemetery has served the needs since it's inception, and over 60,000 are interred at Linwood.

Pre-Planning of burial, cremation, and memorial services may seem like a complex process. With over 145 years of serving area families, Linwood Cemetery and Crematory is committed to helping you explore your options and identify those that best address your need and your budget.

Christmas Flower Orders

With Winter quickly approaching, before we know it, Christmas will be here. Linwood Cemetery is now accepting orders for Christmas Wreaths, Grave Blankets, Balsam Crosses and Poinsettia Bouquets. Christmas Wreaths come in two sizes and are decorated with frosted pine cones and a waterproof red velvet bow. Grave Blankets cover the grave and are decorated with several frosted pine cones and 2 waterproof red velvet bows. Our Silk Poinsettia Bouquets work beautifully in your cemetery vase.

Our staff will place each wreath, grave blanket, cross, and/or bouquet on your loved one’s grave as the weather permits before Christmas.

May 31

Memorial Day will be on May 31, 2021. We look forward to a special celebration to remember all of our loved ones for this special day.
